In an era defined by collective upheaval and existential uncertainty, many of us feel a deep, quiet sense of being untethered. When this is layered over complex trauma, life can feel like a series of survival strategies rather than a meaningful journey. You may feel as though you are navigating a storm without a compass, carrying a weight that others cannot see.
As a Jungian-oriented therapist, I offer more than just a clinical hour; I offer a sacred container for your transformation. I believe that deep healing from trauma occurs not in isolation, but through the alchemical relationship between therapist and client. Within this partnership, we provide a safe harbor for the parts of you that have been forced into the shadows.
Healing Through Connection

About Me
"I am not what happened to me,
I am what I choose to become"
– Carl Jung

My name is Heidi Dryer and I obtained my license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2015 but I have been practicing since 2012. I currently only offer in-person services and I am located in Orange County, CA. I am a Jungian-oriented therapist. I am also a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
We all have experienced trauma at some point in our lives. But, when those traumatic experiences are recurrent and complex, it becomes a bigger problem. I believe that complex trauma doesn't just impact our present—it often severs our connection to our deepest selves forcing us to live in the exile of our own skin. I see complex trauma not just as a set of symptoms, but as a profound fragmentation of the soul. Together, we listen to what your pain is trying to communicate, moving through the darkness of your unconscious to reclaim the vital parts of yourself that were lost to survival.
Our work together is a collaborative process of individuation—the journey of becoming your most authentic, radiant and resilient self. By witnessing your story through the lens of archetypes and the unconscious, we bridge the gap between your past wounds and your future potential. In this space, you are no longer alone with the "unfixable." We work together to turn paralyzing anxiety into a source of profound inner authority and wholeness.
Finally, a bit about my personal life. I like to spend quality time with family and friends. I enjoy eating good foods in good company. I love to travel. I also enjoy nature walks and yoga.
